These apartments were very quite when I first moved in, but over a couple of years it’s become very noisy. Loud trucks and cars, barking dogs.
Car got hit and damaged by the Lawn guys on riding mower, Management did nothing to remeidy. Lawn company not listed in the phonebook, and is not bonded or insured. Sinclair continued to raise rent and claim ‘fair market value’ but don’t seem to understand the meaning of fair.
Maintenance is kinda half-assed. It will get fixed, but not the right way. Just some dude with a screw driver, not a real maintenance crew.
